    Description

    We are currently seeking a dependable, friendly, and compassionate Dietary Server to join our team!

    As a Dietary Server, you'll play an important role in creating an enjoyable dining experience for our residents. If you enjoy working with seniors, have a positive attitude, and understand the importance of excellent customer service, cleanliness, and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you!

    Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional dining service to residents during meal times while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
    • Prepare and maintain the dining room before, during, and after meal service.
    • Clear tables, sanitize dining areas, and ensure the dining room remains clean, organized, and inviting.
    • Assist residents with meal service and respond promptly and courteously to requests or concerns.
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff, caregivers, and other team members to ensure efficient and seamless meal service.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of the daily menu, including therapeutic diets, dietary restrictions, and special meal requests.
    • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines.
    • Assist with meal setup, beverage service, and other dining-related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, senior living, or a related field is preferred.
    • Friendly, patient, and customer-service oriented.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
