Pay: $15.00 – $19.25 per hour

Position Overview

The Dietary Aide supports daily meal service and kitchen operations for the Sisters. Responsibilities include meal preparation, serving food, dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and sanitary dining environment.

Per Diem: This position is scheduled on an as-needed basis to provide coverage for staffing needs. Hours and shifts may vary based on department needs and availability.


Key Requirements

  • Reliable and punctual transportation to work

  • Pleasant, respectful, service-oriented attitude

  • Willingness to work closely with elderly Sisters

  • Flexibility to support nursing and dietary team needs

  • ServSafe Food Handler Certification required (in house training available, must obtain with in 1 month)

  • Food service experience preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve meals to Sisters and guests

  • Set up, clean, and maintain dining areas

  • Wash dishes and maintain kitchen sanitation standards

  • Store and rotate food supplies properly

  • Follow food safety and infection control procedures

  • Assist with grocery runs and occasional meal pickups

  • Support safe, clean, and organized kitchen operations

  • Communicate professionally with Sisters, staff, and volunteers

  • Assist with additional duties as needed
