    What You’ll Do

    • Deliver warm, attentive service to residents and guests during meal periods
    • Assist with meal service in the dining room and/or deliver trays to residents
    • Support meal prep, plating, and portioning according to dietary needs and standards
    • Set up, clear, and sanitize dining areas, workstations, and equipment
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization across kitchen, dining, and dish areas
    • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines
    • Restock supplies, beverages, and condiments to ensure smooth service
    • Collaborate with the dietary team to create an efficient, welcoming dining experience
    • Communicate resident preferences and needs to support personalized service
    • Assist with special events, catering, and themed dining experiences

    • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

    Preferred

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Experience in dietary services, food service, hospitality, or healthcare
    • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

    Physical & Work Environment

    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
    • Lift up to 25 lbs
    • Comfortable working in an active kitchen and dining environment
