Responsibilities

• Assist the Cook with food preparation, meal service, and kitchen operations.
• Plate and tray meals accurately according to tray tickets, menus, and established policies and procedures.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Prepare, transport, and serve meals in a timely and professional manner.
• Wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain a sanitary kitchen and dining area in compliance with health regulations.
• Support the Executive Chef, Food Services Director, Manager, or Cook as directed to ensure consistent, quality food service.

Education & Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or a combination of relevant work experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Food Safety Certification required.
