Lincoln Tech is looking for an experienced Diesel Technician Trainer to help develop the workforce that maintains NJ Transit's bus fleet throughout New Jersey.

If you've spent years diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty diesel vehicles and want to share that knowledge with working technicians, this is your opportunity.

Primarily location Southern NJ

Minimal travel

Work directly with NJ Transit employees

Stay connected to the trade without turning wrenches every day

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of heavy-duty diesel repair experience
• Strong electrical and diagnostics background
• Experience with brakes, drivetrains, and electronic control systems
• ASE certifications preferred
• Instructor experience is a plus, not a requirement

What You'll Do

• Deliver hands-on technical training
• Teach diesel, electrical, and diagnostic systems
• Develop troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Support the next generation of NJ Transit bus technicians
