Fleet repair shop looking for a skilled diesel technician to keep commercial fleets on the road. Most of our work is light and medium duty — delivery vans and box trucks — plus some heavy duty trucks, both gas and diesel. Plenty of work every day.
WHAT YOU NEED
- At least 3 years as a diesel, fleet or auto technician
- Active CDL, Class B or higher (required)
- Solid diagnostician — you track down the real problem with a scan tool and a wiring diagram
- Your own hand tools
- ASE certifications are a plus
- English or Spanish speakers welcome
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- PM services and DOT inspections
- Electrical and diagnostic work — warning lights, no-starts, wiring issues
- Engine and drivetrain repairs on gas and diesel
- Brake, suspension and steering jobs
- A/C troubleshooting and repair
- DPF, DEF and regen issues
- Box trucks, straight trucks, Isuzu NPR, Ford Transit and Freightliner units
- Road-testing trucks after repairs
