JOB DESCRIPTION:
Open to Candidates Nationwide. Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Concord is one of the highest-volume Stellantis stores in the Southeast - and we're hiring an experienced Diesel Truck Technician to join the team. Offering up to $20,000 sign-on bonus to help make your move to the Concord, North Carolina area as smooth as possible. Cummins-certified and CDJR dealership experience puts you at the top of our list. We're not looking to train from scratch - we're ready to reward the expertise you've already built.
Up to $50 per hour flat rate | $20,000 sign-on bonus
Paid for every hour you turn - warranty time included. ALLDATA time = Your time = Paid time.

We have a shop of 40+ technicians who know their stuff - Master Technicians with tenure ranging from seven years to nearly twenty at this location. This team doesn't have a revolving door! Technicians who come here tend to stay. There's a reason for that.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Driver's License required.
Experienced diesel technician with 5+ years of dealership or high-volume diesel shop experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent; diesel technical training preferred.
Technicians who take pride in low comeback rates and clean repair orders.
Essential Skills/Knowledge:
Stellantis/Chrysler Level 2 or higher certification (or equivalent CDJR dealership background).
Ram 1500 EcoDiesel, 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins platform experience.
Stellantis/Chrysler Level 2 or higher certification.
Heavy-line expertise in diesel fuel systems, DPF, SCR/DEF.EGR, and aftertreatment.
Proficient with wiTECH, Cummins INSITE, ALLDATA, and Stellantis repair protocols.
ASE diesel certifications (L2, A9) are a strong plus.
Mechanical knowledge, diesel mechanics, diesel truck repair.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is based primarily in the service area and involves movement around vehicles, working in various physical positions, and the safe operation of power tools and test equipment. May be exposed to loud noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, and other service and repair conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Regular interaction with customers, service advisors, and the service manager. Scheduled shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
