Diesel Mechanic Technician Must Haves

  • Mechanical experience (diesel, automotive, AG, or military)
  • We're hiring
    • Diesel Technicians
    • Trailer Technicians
    • Reefer Technicians
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must have tools (tool program available)
    • “You don’t need to show up with $10,000 in tools or years of experience—we’ll help you build that.”
  • Post job offer physical and drug screen required


Diesel Mechanic Technician Nice to Haves

  • CDL preferred but not required

Diesel Mechanic Technician Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair Decker’s private fleet of trucks & trailers
  • Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Complete work orders and documentation
  • Work with a team focused on quality and uptime.
  • Other duties as assigned
