Diesel Mechanic Technician Must Haves
- Mechanical experience (diesel, automotive, AG, or military)

Decker Schedule Options:- 1st Shift:
- Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm OR
- 4-day workweek options available 7:00am-5:30pm
- 2nd Shift:
- Monday–Friday 3:00pm–11:30pm
- +$3/hr shift differential!
Diesel Mechanic Technician Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair Decker’s private fleet of trucks & trailers
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
- Complete work orders and documentation
- Work with a team focused on quality and uptime.
- Other duties as assigned
