HEAVY DIESEL MECHANIC
Needed ASAP in Staten Island
Make MORE THAN $100k your first year!
Full Time – 53 hours/week

Are you a diesel mechanic who knows how todiagnose the problem, find the cause and make the repair?
If so, this could be worth a conversation.
Alocal, well-known and respected company that has been serving Staten Island for more than 40 years is looking for an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join the team.
What you’ll do:
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, heavy trucks and construction equipment
• Schedule and perform PMs. Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and emissions systems
• Use diagnostic tools including Cummins INSITE, JPRO and E Technician
• Handle shop repairs and occasional field service
What we’re looking for:
• 4+ years of diesel or heavy equipment experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, knowledge of hydraulics
• Experience with heavy trucks and/or construction equipment
• Valid NY driver's license
• Dependable, team oriented and able to work independently

Pay Details: $35.00 to $33.00 per hour
