    Description

    We are seeking a skilled and passionate Diesel Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment. If you have experience with diesel engines and a commitment to quality workmanship, we want you to be part of our dedicated team.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including all related components.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues.
    • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on diesel vehicles and equipment.
    • Replace or repair faulty components, such as fuel injectors, water pumps, and brakes.
    • Conduct test drives to verify that repairs are successful and systems are functioning properly.
    • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.


    Qualifications:

    • Valid Driver's License (required).
    • Clean driving record (required).
    • CDL is a plus but not required.
    • Ability to pass background checks, pre-employment screening, and random drug testing.


    Skills & Experience:

    • Strong knowledge and proficiency in air brake systems and alignment procedures.
    • Experience with tire services, including installation, rotation, and repair.
    • Proficient in assembling and disassembling complex machinery and equipment.
    • Solid understanding of farm machinery maintenance and repair.
    • Familiarity with suspension systems and components.
    • Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
    • Skilled in the use of hand tools for mechanical work.
    • Capable of diagnosing and repairing transmission issues.
    • Experience with automotive diagnostics to identify engine problems.
