Mobile Diesel Mechanic

We're hiring a Mobile Diesel Mechanic to join a growing fleet service operation covering the Richmond area. You'll be issued your own well-equipped service truck (non-CDL) and handle repairs and maintenance directly at customer locations. Most jobs stay within about a 50-mile radius, so you're home every night.
This is a Monday-Friday day shift with a steady workload, strong leadership, and the freedom to work independently without someone looking over your shoulder all day.
What You'll Be Working On
- Preventive maintenance and inspections
- Diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting
- Engine, brake, suspension and steering repairs
- Air and hydraulic systems
- Fleet trucks, trailers and commercial equipment
- Mobile service calls at customer locations throughout the Richmond area
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Diesel Mechanic working on medium and/or heavy-duty trucks
- Previous mobile or field service experience is strongly preferred
- Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own service calls
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
