Top Pay & Premium Benefits:
- Union Pay Scale: $31.98 – $45.45/hr
- Up to $50/hr for highly qualified techs

- +$2/hr for 2nd shift
- +$2/hr for weekend hours
- ASE Incentives:
- +$.25/hr for each primary automotive certification
- +$.15/hr for each secondary transit certification
- +$1,000/year bonus for ASE Triple Master
- +$1,000/year bonus for ASE Quad Master
- Tool Reimbursement & Paid ASE Testing

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and repair complex diesel engine issues
- Perform scheduled maintenance and PM inspections
- Handle major repairs including overhauls and rebuilds
- Lead advanced diagnostic work across a variety of vehicles
- Ensure fleet reliability and safety
- Mentor junior techs and help grow shop knowledge
- Collaborate with the team to keep everything moving efficiently
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years diesel mechanic experience
- ASE Certified (or willing to get certified — we’ll cover it)
- Your own tools (with reimbursement available)
- Must pass DOT physical & drug screening
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Indoor/outdoor shop environment
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible hours as needed
