Diesel Mechanic

Experience working on heavy-duty trucks, commercial fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, commercial marine diesel engines, or similar diesel-powered equipment is preferred. Repair and maintain diesel engines, electrical systems, air brakes, steering, suspension, cooling, fuel, and hydraulic systems.

Key Requirements:

• Diesel mechanic experience required.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on heavy-duty diesel-powered equipment.
• Experience working on heavy-duty trucks, commercial fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, commercial marine diesel engines, or similar diesel-powered equipment is preferred.
• Repair and maintain diesel engines, electrical systems, air brakes, steering, suspension, cooling, fuel, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform scheduled inspections, accurately document repairs, and communicate maintenance needs.
• Complete repairs safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Work independently and collaboratively to keep equipment operating safely and reliably.
• Must provide your own mechanic hand tools.
• CDL Class A or B is a plus but not required.

Shifts:

• Monday though Friday
• Possible OT as needed
• 40 - 50 hrs weekly
