Diesel Mechanic – Heavy Equipment / Compact Equipment Technician (Hiring Immediately)
Location: Peoria, IL
Pay: $23–$30/hour | Full-Time

We are hiring an experienced Diesel Mechanic / Heavy Equipment Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain compact equipment and small diesel engines, including mini excavators, skid steers, zero-turn mowers, end loaders, generators, and air compressors
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair diesel engines and heavy equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment service
- Troubleshoot hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and fuel systems
- Service construction equipment, landscaping equipment, and compact machinery
- 2+ years of diesel mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, or equipment technician experience
- Experience with skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, or small engines preferred
- Ability to perform equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license
- Own basic tools
- $23–$30/hour (competitive diesel mechanic pay)
