    Siteworks LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable Field Mechanic to support our grading and site utility operations. This role is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and performing major mechanical repairs on construction equipment and vehicles to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance in the field.

    Responsibilities consists of but not limited to the following duties:

    • Experience performing major repairs and maintenance on heavy construction equipment and vehicles
    • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment
    • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

    Job Requirements:

    • High School Diploma/Certificate or equivalent
    • At least 5 Years Experience working with Diesel and Hydraulics
    • Must have a valid drivers license
    • Troubleshooting skills required
    • Can lift a minimum of 70 lbs
    • Must be a team player with good communication skills
