Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking Experienced Diesel Mechanics for our repair facility in Fayetteville, OH, to repair semi -trucks, and trailers. Technicians should have a minimum of 3 years of experience repairing heavy -duty trucks, trailers, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems on heavy -duty vehicles and trailers.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and system diagnostics; replace and repair major internal engine components, transmission repairs, and rebuilds.
  <\/li>
• Perform DOT annual inspections on medium/heavy -duty vehicles and trailers.
  <\/li>
• Use computer diagnostic equipment.
  <\/li>
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure vehicles and equipment are in proper working condition.

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

  Qualifications:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • 3 - 5 years of experience working as a diesel mechanic 
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, with a strong understanding of diesel engine systems and components.
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
    <\/li>
  • Strong problem -solving skills and attention to detail.
    <\/li>
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    <\/li>
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Compensation:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    $30 - $40/hourly <\/b>
    <\/p>

    Shift:<\/b> Days, afternoons, 8 -10 hours daily
    <\/p>
