Diesel Mechanic / Fabricator – Heavy Equipment (CM Metals, Dover NJ)
CM Metals is seeking a high-level Mechanic/Fabricator to maintain and repair our fleet of heavy equipment in a fast-paced scrap metal recycling operation.
What You’ll Do:
  • Diagnose and repair diesel-powered equipment 
  • Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic systems 
  • Perform welding and custom fabrication as needed 
  • Keep equipment operating safely and efficiently 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong diesel and hydraulic experience 
  • Proven welding/fabrication ability 
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills 
  • Experience with material handlers, excavators, or similar equipment is a plus
