Diesel Truck & Trailer Mechanic

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Class 8 trucks and trailers

• Perform maintenance and repairs on our modern fleet of Freightliner tractors

• Service and maintain our fleet of trailers

• Complete trailer repairs, welding, and general shop work

• Utilize Class 8 diagnostic tools and equipment

• Complete light computer work for repair documentation

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient shop environment

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of mechanic experience

• At least 1 year of diesel mechanic experience

• Experience using Class 8 diagnostic tools

• Ability to diagnose and repair diesel trucks and trailers

• Welding experience is a plus

• Must provide your own basic mechanic tools

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
