The Company has operations in Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and Arkansas.

    We are currently seeking an experienced General Mechanic to join our team at a large and growing highway line striping company based in Orlando/Sanford, FL.

    The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining and repairing diesel trucks, striping equipment, small engines, and hydraulic systems. This role supports field operations by ensuring our fleet and equipment remain safe, reliable, and job-ready.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on trucks, striping machines, and related equipment

    Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

    Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records

    Work closely with operations to minimize equipment downtime

    Keep a clean, organized, and orderly shop and work area at all times

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Mechanical experience with heavy equipment or fleet vehicles

    Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and requires minimal supervision

    Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus
