Overview
We are seeking 6 Die Helpers to join our team in Roseville, MI. As a Die Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process in building stamping dies, maintenance, and operation of die equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and teardown of die equipment for production runs.
- Run hand grinders
- Assist die makers in spotting stamping dies
- Set dies into stamping presses
- Support machine operators in the operation of die presses and related equipment.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience in a tool room or Die experience.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with die equipment.
You should be proficient in:
- Tool/Die/Mold Repair Skills
- Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience
