Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of die-cutting experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment

Job Duties

  • Set up and operate die-cutting equipment, including flatbed and rotary presses
  • Install and align cutting dies, plates, and stripping tools according to work orders
  • Load raw materials and monitor production to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, dimensions, and defects
  • Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and minor adjustments
  • Complete production records, quality checks, and output documentation
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Die Cutter Operator.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
