Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Die Cutter to join our team.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to operate a variety of die cut machines in our factory. Our company is a progressive, growing, fully integrated label manufacturing business.
The Die Cut Machine Operator operates large pieces of machinery which convert largeslit roll goods into smaller rolls of various size labels using a die tool.
The ideal candidate takes pride in producing quality work, follows safety procedures, and is committed to maintaining excellent attendance and reliability.
Shift/Hours: Day and Night shift / 12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities:Perfect attendance recordQuality consciousBasic mechanical, computer, and math skillsKnowledge of troubleshooting and minor repairs a plusTasks for die cut machine operator to perform on typical work day:Work hours are day or night shift (45-50 hr wk)Operator runs slit paper goods through a die cut machineOperator will constantly run, remove and package die cut finished goodRollsPhysical Requirements
Ability to stand for the duration of the 9-10 hour shiftAbility to lift the following:o 0-5 lbs frequentlyo 20 lbs regularly but with less frequency than 0-5 lbso Up to 60 lbs minimally (0-3 times per shift)
