Die Attach Technician

Volt is immediately hiring Direct Hire Day Shift Die Attach Technicians in Richardson Texas.As a Die Attach Technician you are responsible for Set up program and operate die attach equipment Datacon ESEC vacuum reflow Develop and debug die attach programs and dispense patterns Run production lots and support NPI builds independently Monitor WIP dispatch priorities and production flow Perform critical measurements BLT die shear and collect build data Troubleshoot process and equipment issues escalate when needed Support product disposition TAL and drive process improvements Maintain process documentation build reports and program updates Perform basic machine troubleshooting Train and support operators act as bridge between engineering and production Participate in Lean 5S initiatives and line efficiency improvements Support advanced tasks lid attach programming epoxy attach parameter developmentsQualifications High School Diploma or GED required Associates degree or above in a STEM discipline is preferred. Minimum 2 yrs of relevant experience Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing facility is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to interact effectively in a dynamic team-based environment. Possess an understanding of DoE SPC.
