Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Type: Contract - Part Time
Pay: $60 / Hour
Hours: 32.00
Location: Chicago, IL
The RN Dialysis nurse is responsible for providing dialysis
treatment to patients suffering from kidney failure to include pre and post
dialysis care while maintaining a safe environment, providing compassionate
care and per facility / physician orders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the
nurse practices
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of
practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state
regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
