What Youll Do
- Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and critical care cases.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient responses before, during, and after dialysis.
- Operate and troubleshoot Tablo dialysis systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with physicians, ICU staff, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor vascular access and administer medications as ordered.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and hospital policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.
What You Need
Required:- Current RN license (NM or compact)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care dialysis experience
- Recent ICU dialysis experience
- Experience with Tablo dialysis systems
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation (1 week on/off)
Preferred:- Experience in hospital-based acute dialysis programs
- Travel or contract nursing experience
