Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000+ annually based on experience ($29-$38/hr) + performance bonuses

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and performance issues
  • Use advanced scan tools and diagnostic software to identify root causes
  • Work closely with service advisors to communicate findings clearly
  • Support and mentor other technicians when needed
  • Stay current with evolving technology, including hybrid and EV systems
  • Perform repairs with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong diagnostic experience (electrical and drivability preferred)
  • ASE certifications preferred (reimbursement available)
  • Comfortable with modern diagnostic tools and technology
  • Interest or experience in hybrid/EV systems
  • Strong communication skills with both team and advisors
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others
  • Clean, organized, and professional in your work habits
