Baptist Health is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer for our Baptist ED St. Augustine in St. Augustine, Florida. This is a PRN Varied Shifts opportunity.
At Baptist Health, our Diagnostic Sonographers play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care through advanced imaging by performing high-quality ultrasound examinations, assisting physicians, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Responsibilities:
Performs high-quality, diagnostic ultrasound and peripheral vascular procedures
Promotes goodwill among coworkers and other departments and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients
Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements
Experience Requirements:
Vascular Ultrasound Experience
1-2 Years Customer Service Experience
Education & Credential Requirements:
Vocational School
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) Or
Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) - ARDMS Or
Registered Technologist in Sonography (ARRT) Or
Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) - ARDMS Or
Basic Life Support (BLS)-AHA Required
