Job Summary
We are seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team! As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer on the team, you will be responsible for greeting patients and explaining the full procedure to them, answering questions they may have about what to expect, and performing routine screenings and ultrasounds. You will also use your best judgment to interpret results and accurately differentiate between normal and abnormal findings, consult with colleagues as needed, and deliver the results to the patient in a kind, informative way. The ideal candidate has the necessary licensing, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet new patients and determine their specific needs
- Answer questions and explain the procedure in a kind, compassionate, and thorough way
- Conduct or assist with routine examinations
- Accurately interpret results and share them with the patient
- Maintain excellent patient records

- License and appropriate clinical experience to perform this role
