Baptist Health is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer II for our Ultrasound Department at Baptist Downtown in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a PRN, various shifts opportunity.
At Baptist Health, our Diagnostic Sonographers play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care through advanced imaging by performing high-quality ultrasound examinations, assisting physicians, and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.
As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer II, responsibilities will include:
Performs high-quality, diagnostic ultrasound and peripheral vascular procedures.
Promotes goodwill among coworkers and other departments and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer II, Ultrasound Department, Experience:
2 Years of Experience Working in a Hospital Setting
2 years Hospital-based department-specific work experience
2 years of Ultrasound Experience
2 years' experience with vascular ultrasound required
Customer Service Experience
