Development Manager / Senior ManagerThis Development Manager / Senior Manager will take ownership of industrial projects from sourcing through execution, working closely with senior leadership on high-impact deals. The role offers end-to-end exposure across acquisitions, entitlements, design, construction, and asset management, with strong visibility and the opportunity to grow within a performance-driven environment. The Development Manager / Senior Manager will report directly to senior leadership and play a critical role in executing and advancing projects across North Texas.Responsibilities include:Support site sourcing, underwriting, and acquisition efforts, including full due diligence and site evaluation for industrial projects in the DFW marketManage entitlement processes, coordinating with municipalities and consultants to secure zoning and approvalsLead design development alongside architects, engineers, and contractors from concept through construction documentationPrepare and maintain development budgets, pro formas, and project schedulesOversee construction execution and track project performance against cost and timeline expectationsPartner with leasing and property management teams to support asset stabilization and business plan executionAssist with investment memos, market research, and disposition processesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
