Job Discription

• Implement block-level DFT including TDF/SAF scan insertion, IDDQ, Boundary Scan, MBIST/R insertion, Share-bus MBIST/R, Analog Macro test logic,etc
• Generate DFT-related constraints(SDC) and cowork for timing closure.
• Develop and verify high coverage and cost effective test pattern for the production test
• Design, implement and verify other DFT features
• Complete block-level DFT verification, formal check

Job Requirement

• Less experience in DFT design and verification, test pattern development
• Good understanding on ASIC/DFT flow design and DFT insertion and verification
• Knowledge of TDF/SAF scan/ATPG, At-Speed MBIST/R and boundary scan and other DFT techniques
• Familiar with mainstream DFT EDA tools, such as Synopysis/Mentor DFT tools, SMS/DFTC/TMAX or Tessent shell.
• Familiar with debug skill on DFT pattern SDF/Non-SDF simulations
• Experience in Hier-DFT implemenation based on SoC block level is a plus
• Experience in Analog Macro test implementation is a plus
• Good knowledge of script language, such as c-shell, TCL,Python, B5Perl, etc
• Strong commitment to schedule and work quality, good team player, complete DFT tasks under pressure and communicate with orthers well
