Mainframe Solutions is recruiting a Dewatering Division Manager for a growing Houston heavy civil contractor expanding its self-perform dewatering operation across Texas.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced heavy civil, underground utility, dewatering, or specialty construction professional who wants to help build and scale an operation rather than simply inherit an established division.The position can initially focus heavily on project management, estimating, field execution, and client development, with increasing responsibility for the overall dewatering operation as the individual demonstrates their ability to lead and grow the business.The OpportunityThe Division Manager will help develop the people, processes, client relationships, and operational infrastructure required to grow the company's dewatering capabilities.This individual will work across both the project and business sides of the operation, including estimating opportunities, managing active projects, supporting field teams, developing contractor relationships, and identifying new business.The ideal candidate does not necessarily need to come exclusively from dewatering.
