WHAT WE'RE DOING
Lockheed Martin is advancing next-generation command and control capabilities to support critical missions through scalable, data-driven systems. You will join the Enterprise Mission C2 (EMC2) organization leading a team that develops the Mission Planner Module (MPM) and supports Radar Control Processor (RCP) design engineering. These engineers develop radar modeling, scene modeling, signal construction, signal processing, and radar control processing components within simulation and digital twin environments - in support of the Maritime & Missile Defense Radar Products (MMDR) in Valley Forge, PA. We are seeking an experienced Full Spectrum Leader with experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams working toward varying objectives.
As a Full Spectrum Leader, you will be responsible for leading an organization of 7-12 high-performing engineers to incrementally deliver capabilities across the MPM and RCP portfolios.
