Akkodis is seeking an Devops Lead for a Contract with a client in Dallas, TX/ Tampa, FL/ Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in Terraform, Helm, AWS, and DevOps toolchains such as GitHub, GitLab, and Jenkins to be considered for this role.
Rate Range: $49/Hour to $53/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Devops Lead Job Responsibilities include:
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software delivery across environments.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments using Terraform and Helm.
Manage and support OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to implement DevOps best practices and streamline release processes.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvements in platform reliability and security.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash and Python while leveraging AWS cloud services to support enterprise applications.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Automation, and CI/CD implementation.
Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Helm Charts, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and AWS Cloud Services.
Proven expertise in designing, deploying, and managing scalable CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications, and cloud-based infrastructure.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
