Overall IT experience - 10+ years preferred; consider 7+ years for a highly relevant cloud operations/DevOps background
Cloud Operations / DevOps - 7+ years preferred
Terraform - 5+ years preferred; must have hands-on troubleshooting and remediation experience
AWS - 5+ years supporting AWS cloud environments
Jenkins - Hands-on CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting and operational support
Ansible - Hands-on automation and playbook troubleshooting
Kubernetes / AWS EKS - Production support experience
Docker - Working knowledge and production troubleshooting exposure
On-call - Experience supporting customer-facing production systems with defined SLAs
Must-Have Technical Skills
Terraform: infrastructure changes, debugging, drift remediation, state awareness, and consistency across environments.
Jenkins: diagnose, maintain, and stabilize existing pipelines; support automated OneTouch deployments.
Ansible: automate configuration management and operational tasks; troubleshoot failed playbooks.
AWS and AWS EKS.
Kubernetes: deployments, pods, services, logs, health checks, and common failure patterns.
Production monitoring and logging: Grafana, Dynatrace, or comparable observability tools. On-call and incident management under response-time expectations.
