Upgrading Jenkins deployment pipelines to Gitlab pipelines

Updating/Modernizing obsolescent components

Patching vulnerabilities

Documenting test cases in PractiTest

Automating functional test cases wherever possible

Implementing observability across all applications
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)

Work with Product and Technical teams to get test cases documented and requirements for offshore teams

Upgrading Jenkins Pipelines/Improving Gitlab Pipelines

Integrating AI technologies where appropriate into Gitlab pipelines

Helping to create a consistent base observability stack with extensibility for customization

Patching and modernizing legacy code bases
What skills/technologies are required (please include the number of years of experience required)?

Gitlab CI/CD pipelines (5+ yrs)
-
AWS/Azure Cloud Deployments/Development (5+ yrs)

Full stack development (C# and/or Java backend, React frontend) (5+ yrs)

Strong communication and documentation skills

Some exposure to observability

Agile Methodology

Some Manual & Automated testing
What skills/attributes are preferred (these are a desired, not required)?

2+ yrs Playwright and/or Postman automation testing
