Title: DevOps Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract (1.5 Year) - 3 Days Onsite Work

Summary:
• 7+ yrs of experience working as DevOps Engineer
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, modernizing release processes, and migrating DevOps platforms.
Must Have Strong Expertise:
• Linux
• Jenkins,
• Ansible
• GitHub Actions
• Automation frameworks
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain CI/CD workflows, naming conventions, approvals, security controls, and artifact management.
• Enable application teams to adopt CI/CD capabilities, reducing manual effort
• Work with development and release management teams to migrate applications, resolve deployment issues, and support releases.
Required Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience configuring Vault-based secrets management, credential rotation, and secure secret injection.
• Ability to support Kerberos authentication and keytab management for Hadoop, distributed applications, and secure service-to-service communication.
• Experience configuring artifact repositories, including Artifactory or Nexus, and using automation tools such as Ansible.
• Ability to build custom monitoring and automation utilities for CI/CD pipelines, deployments, application availability, and operational metrics.
• Experience with one or more container and orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
Preferred Skills:
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD solutions for MuleSoft APIs, Pega, and enterprise integration and workflow platforms.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or comparable AI assisted software development tools.
