Work onsite with high autonomy, supporting and enhancing the reliability of 16 key applications. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate Windows Server operations and maximize system reliability.
- Identify manual, repetitive tasks and proactively implement automation solutions to streamline processes.
- Provide L3 support, troubleshooting complex issues with independent, engineering-driven problem solving.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to drive performance improvements and operational stability.
- Support environments including Windows Server and Linux, utilizing broad systems familiarity.
- Document automation frameworks and operational procedures to support team knowledge growth.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in writing PowerShell scripts from scratch for automation in a Windows Server environment.
- Proven experience in operations or DevOps roles, with a track record of independent troubleshooting.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and continuous deployment best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure cloud services.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform.
