DevOps/AI Platform Engineer GCP

Requirements: Strong GCP, CI/CD, Terraform, containers/Kubernetes and observability experience; practical MLOps/LLMOps and Vertex AI deployment experience highly desirable. Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, AI/application observability, and operational dashboards using GCP-native capabilities where appropriate.

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a DevOps/AI Platform Engineer GCP for their Tempe, AZ/ Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Build CI/CD and infrastructure automation on GCP for AI applications, APIs, models/configurations, and cloud services.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
• Establish deployment pipelines and environment management across development, test, staging, and production.
• Support deployment and operationalization of applications consuming Vertex AI and Gemini services.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, AI/application observability, and operational dashboards using GCP-native capabilities where appropriate.
• Implement secure identity, secrets/configuration management, IAM, networking, and access patterns in collaboration with security teams.
• Enable automated testing, release management, rollback, and production support.
• Continuously optimize platform reliability, scalability, engineering productivity, and GCP consumption.

 
Requirements:
