The Developmental Programs Office Administrator is responsible for handling administrative duties as required by the programs. Each Office Administrator is supervised administratively by the Developmental Programs Operations Coordinator. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for providing coverage as needed on their scheduled days.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday - Hours can vary from 4:15pm to 7:45pm (This position oversees 2 programs, and schedules can vary between 4:30pm-6:45pm and 4:15pm-7:45pm)

Essential Functions
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma
Experience working with children.
Remain in good standing
RBT coursework within 45 days of hire
BLS/CPR certification including pediatric BLS/CPR
Preferred Education and Experience
Registered Behavior Technician Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Previous experience with or knowledge of individuals with ASD and ABA therapy; or 1-6 months of experience working with children and teens with autism.

Frequently required to reach, grasp, run, sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, ascend stairs, descend stairs, and quickly move from a standing position to sitting on a chair, floor, or other surface, and to quickly move from a sitting to a standing position.
The employee will, at times, be required to exert moderate work (force). The employee may be required to make physical contact with clients.
