About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with Polaris in Wyoming, MN to hire a Development Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge powertrain technology in a fast-paced, collaborative environment! What You'll Do:• Build, disassemble, and instrument engines, transmissions, CVTs, and full vehicle systems
• Perform detailed teardown inspections and document findings on powertrain components
• Set up and execute testing while collecting and analyzing performance data
• Operate data acquisition systems and ensure accuracy and integrity of test results
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following safety (OSHA) and 5S standards
What You Need to Bring:• Small engine or powersports experience (required)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience OR a technical degree in a related field
• Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems
• Passion for powersports and a hands-on, eager-to-learn mindset
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment #metrocareers
