Maintains the integrity and functionality of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in order to ensure donor and constituent data is accurate. Extracts, segments, and analyzes donor data, producing targeted lists and actionable reports that drive direct mail, SMS, and email marketing campaigns. Provides high level administrative and operational support to leadership by managing CRM workflows to ensure seamless coordination of lists and the execution of reports. Conducts data analysis within the CRM to evaluate campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate comprehensive reports. Serves as a key resource for staff by offering guidance, training, and best practices in CRM usage.

Essential Functions

40% - Maintains the integrity, accuracy, and functionality of CRM database records; extracts and segments data to support targeted fundraising and marketing campaigns.

40% - Utilizes CRM systems, data analysis, and scheduling tools to provide high-level administrative and operational support; analyzes and interprets data to produce detailed reports that inform strategy and evaluate performance.

20% - Provides guidance to staff on CRM usage.
