Development Manager (Data Centers)An incredibly well-backed development firm that is in their fourth year of operations is looking to appoint an experienced Development Manager. With a highly experienced team of professionals that have worked at some of the most notable IPPs + development firms in the industry, you will have the chance to take the lead on your projects and receive excellent mentorship from the team throughout the process. To date, they have developed data center, solar, storage, and wind projects across both ERCOT & MISO.Job DescriptionThe Development Manager (Data Centers) will:Effectively work with the existing development team on utility-scale projectsThis role will focus on data center projects in TXManage a portfolio of 9 data center projects (all with ERCOT)Manage external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaignsPrepare project budgets, schedules, and RFP responsesLiaise directly with the client on the progress of the 9 data center projects as they mature through their life cycleMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
