Your ImpactAs Development Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day fundraising and donor engagement that strengthens support for the Society’s work across Baton Rouge. Midday may include drafting or refining donor-facing updates, preparing materials for an upcoming event, or meeting a community or parish partner to strengthen shared support. Between conversations, you’ll keep an eye on dashboards and notes so every interaction is captured cleanly. The afternoon often brings planning time—organizing timelines, checking in with your direct report, and shaping next steps for outreach.
