    Growing Real Estate Development & Investment Firm

    Join a growing real estate development and investment firm with an approximately 3,000-unit multifamily pipeline and 1 million square feet of planned retail development. Our team in Austin is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Development Manager to help advance projects in Austin and other high-growth markets.

    This is a hands-on development role for a professional who can manage projects from planning and entitlement through financing, construction, and completion. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and coordinate municipalities, consultants, contractors, lenders, equity partners, and other stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    ● Lead projects through site planning, entitlement, permitting, financing, construction, and completion.

    ● Manage relationships with municipalities, planning departments, permitting authorities, and governmental agencies.

    ● Coordinate architects, engineers, attorneys, environmental consultants, contractors, and other project professionals.

    ● Prepare and manage RFPs; evaluate proposals and assist with GMP contract negotiations.

    ● Build and maintain project-level development pro formas, budgets, schedules, and financial analyses.

    ● Prepare lender, investor, and investment committee presentations.

    Qualifications

    5–10+ years of relevant real estate development experience, preferably in multifamily, mixed-use, retail, or other large-scale projects.
