The Opportunity We are seeking a Development Director to join our team. This role is responsible for overall day-to-day management of the development of new medical facility real estate projects and is a main point of contact for our clients during the development process. Job duties include assembling and managing a project team that includes architects, construction managers, engineers, attorneys, and other specialists during the entire process, from project feasibility study to certificate of occupancy and move in. Key elements of the position include creating, maintaining, and managing project budgets and schedules – and ensuring the project is managed in accordance with them. The anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This position is open to candidates sitting in either Anchor’s Franklin, TN; Charlottesville, VA; or Atlanta, GA offices. How you’ll contribute
