Greco is seeking a motivated, analytical, and highly organized Development Coordinator & Real Estate Analyst to join our three-person real estate development team. This role offers broad exposure to the full lifecycle of multifamily development, from initial financial analysis and due diligence through construction, project turnover, portfolio analysis, and investor relations.The position will assist with new project evaluation, project cost analysis, pro-forma modeling, pre-development due diligence, process and timeline tracking, vendor coordination, and portfolio budgeting and analysis. This role will also participate in weekly development, design, and construction meetings; maintain project updates, action items, and cost logs; assist with construction loan draws; coordinate owner-furnished procurement; and support entitlement, turnover, punch, and due diligence activities.The Development Coordinator & Real Estate Analyst will serve as an important connection between the development and operations teams and will also support investor communications, the investor management platform administration, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.We are looking for a self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with limited supervision. The ideal candidate can identify next steps, take initiative, communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and balance both financial analysis and project coordination. You should have a competitive personality with the ability to persevere, hit deadlines, leave the excuses at the door, and be looking for opportunities to make an impact. A background in college athletics is a plus. Candidates must have advanced pro-forma modeling skills, the ability to read and interpret financial statements, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
