Development & Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time to Full-Time | 2540 hrs/week)

A growing Christian nonprofit is seeking a highly organized, proactive Development & Administrative Coordinator to support leadership, donor engagement efforts, and internal operations. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, people, and purpose-driven work and is looking for flexible hours (2540 hours per week) in a mission-centered environment.

Position Summary
The Development & Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative, scheduling, and project support to organizational leadership and development efforts. The role ensures that communication, donor engagement, events, and internal operations stay organized and on track.
This is a heavily administrative and coordination-focused role with strong emphasis on:
Calendar and inbox management
Meeting scheduling
Project tracking
Donor communication and appreciation
Event coordination
CRM and record management
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Scheduling Support
Proactively schedule meetings with donors, partners, and ministry leaders
Manage leadership calendars and email inboxes
Coordinate internal meetings, travel, and speaking engagements
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
Development & Donor Support
Track and execute donor appreciation efforts (cards, calls, emails, gifts)
Process and record donations accurately
Maintain detailed donor records in CRM systems
Assist in planning and executing fundraising events
Project & Operations Coordination
Track deadlines and move projects forward across development initiatives
Ensure follow-through on tasks and deliverables
Process expense reports, purchases, and mileage
Provide occasional on-site support for guests and events

35+ years of experience in administrative support, development support, or project coordination

Ability to respond promptly and professionally to communication
Comfortable with prayer and ministry interactions when appropriate
Schedule & Work Structure
Flexible schedule: 2540 hours per week
Primarily in-office with occasional event support as needed
