Development Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized Development Administrator at our Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona to support the planning, development, and construction of new P.F. Chang's restaurants.. This role serves as the key liaison between the Development team and internal and external partners, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with company goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate restaurant development projects from site selection through construction completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and communication.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate project meetings and track deliverables.
• Support project closeout activities, including punch-list completion and turnover to Operations.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and development standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of construction, development, or project administration experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and project activities.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction documents.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Smartsheet experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Location: 

This is primarily an office-based position located at the P.F. Chang’s Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona 85255. Candidates must currently reside in the greater Phoenix area and live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office. Occasional travel required.
